Day 4 I am not sure about. The distance is right up there again at 190km and officially there are 6 climbs to tackle totaling 2500m. So it sounds like a hard day in the saddle, but its just all a bit more gradual than the steep (and scary) climbs of the previous few days. Even if the Col de Puymorens only averages 4.4% its 27km long so hopefully there is a good cafe at the top.
