Day 1: Hendaye to Laruns - 190km

Day 1: Route and Profle

Supposedly a straight forward day!
Just 190km finishing with Col de Marie-Blanque - 9.5km long with average gradient 7.5%. Although that is the average, the last 3km are close to 11% - Very Nasty! (see profile link below)

I also note, hidden within the definition of, "straight forward", its largely uphill the whole way!
