Day 2: Laruns to Campan - 100km

Big day today! Distance is not a problem at 100km but with 2 hard Hors Category climbs to ride back to back its scary. Col D'Aubisque and Col Du Tourmalet.

I have only ever ridden 2 Hors Cat climbs period, and I do not recall thinking after either I would happily do a 2nd! In fact after the first I barely got home. Hoping, given we have all day to do 100km and half is down hill, I should get there without having to walk!!!!!

Todays Cols
5. Col D'Aubisque (1079m) -  Reported as one of the most picturesque roads in France, so hopefully view should be good. The climb is 17 km long with average gradient 7.2%. Click link for profile of Col D'Aubisque
